Close to Excel exhibition center...
Hotel is conveniently located close both to London City Airport and to Excel exhibition center. The hotel stuff is friendly and helpful. Accomodation offered is clean and comfortable. Food is satisfactory. Ramada Hotel & Suites London Docklands is ideal for business travellers and for those who has flight to catch from London City Airport.

Dockands hotel, good for O2 Arena
This is a Business style hotel on the Docklands waterfront with lovely views across London.
Clean, bright and cheerful hotel but general area quite bleak apart from the views across the river. Not very much to see in the surrounding area, but Canary Wharf lively and not too far away.
Friendly, helpful staff. Taxis not so plentiful so can be a bit of a drawback as the hotel is a bit isolated unless staying for the Excel or O2 Arena.
Very close to London City Airport and few minutes walk to Docklands Light Rail and tube then taking about 20 minutes to city. Ideal place to stay for visiting Excel, O2 Arena and Canary Wharf.
Restaurant offering good variety to suit most tastes and reasonably priced. Decent bar with "atmosphere" which was important as there didn’t seem to be anywhere within walking distance as an alternative.
Good sized rooms. Very clean and bright. Bathroom spacious with walk in showers and variety of Neutrogena products to choose from.
The local area was the only disappointment. There is very little to see locally apart from the waterfront, but no suitable walkway. Not ideal for families with small children. I would see it more as a business hotel or for convenience to events/concerts.

Great choice
It's a modern, clean hotel and very close to city airport and the DLR station. It takes only 20 mins by DLR+Tube to the city center. Besides, the breakfast is great. Compared with the hight price in London city, it's a much better choice. A great deal!

Suitable for both couples and families
Recently my family and I spent 5 days at Ramada London Docklands hotel.
The hotel was of an immense joy. Overall, hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and we were provided with fresh towels regularly. The Oval bar was very nice and Waterfront Restaurant was really nice for a treat. The location of the hotel was not that close to the center of London, however The Docklands Light Railway is less than a 10minute walk. Canning Town provides easy access to the Jubilee Undergound Line and Buses to Central London. DLR -Tower Hill/Bank stations provide a better access to more central underground lines and buses. Tower Hill provides easy access to The Tower of London & Tower Bridge. Bank is a good starting point for St Paul's Cathedral and Fleet Street. Basically, if you don’t mind traveling, the hotel is situated in a quiet area and is very suitable for both couples an families. Ramada London Docklands is a really fantastic hotel, we would definitely recommend it and stay there again next time.

Accommodation and Service - Thumbs Up
While staying at Ramada London Docklands we were very deligted with our room - clean, spacious, comfortable in all sense as well as the bathroom. But a big inconvenience was the location of the hotel, which is far from the central London, where the main attractions and activities are going on. Bu the transportaional links are nearby located. As for accommodation and services within the Ramada London Docklands- thumbs up. As for the location - that was not the best choice for us in particular, but we didn't mind using public trasporation.

Pleasant experience
My husband and I have chosen Ramada Hotel & Suites London Docklands whilst visitng our friends in London. It was conveniently siutated in the Docklands which makes it easy to travel between East London, South London, Hertfordshire and Essex.
Ramada Dockland Hotel itself is clean and designed in a contemporary style. The room was very spacious with all the requirments that an experienced modern traveller would expect from a 4 star hotel. Due to the convenience of location for us, in particular and offered facilities corresponding to a 4 star hotels, we had a pleasant experience at Ramada London Docklands.

A little gem!
This hotel had everything you could want to make your holiday in London a memorable one. The service was excellent, at all times the staff were courteous and helpful. Mario, the restaurant manager was a delight, and his personal attendance was a great start to each day. The hotel is in a beautiful area, and still close to all main travel sources. Would be my first choice for my next holiday in London. Many, many thanks to all who work in the Ramada Inn and Suites!

We enjoy regular trips to London, shopping, site seeing etc and our usual Hotel, London Elizabeth, was closed for much-needed refurbishment, just before Xmas-03. We don't expect much from London-based Hotels and contacted Ramada Plaza because of it's location adjacent to Regents Park, thereby giving easy access to Oxford St, etc.
The hotel offered the best price plus secure parking outside the congestion zone. We were very impressed on arrival by the reception area and the rest of the Hotel did'nt disappoint. All staff were very polite and standards of comfort & cleanliness throughout were excellent. We especially were impressed by the restaurant, Minskys, for it's atmosphere, comfort & food. Overall we can recommend all-round this Hotel's location, facilities, price & standards especially when compared to other central-London Hotels and we look forward to our next visit.
