All apartments face the ocean. Three buildings front the property at street level, closest to the beach, with views of the beach or ocean. Four buildings at the rear are elevated and provide ocean views, garden views, or beach views. Six of the apartment blocks have staircase access, and one has an elevator (lift).
* All apartments have once-weekly housekeeping, with daily housekeeping available on request at a surcharge. Bedding includes cotton sheets and quilted covers or duvets.
