The residence offers well-equipped apartments. It has 80 accommodation units in total. A car park is provided for guests arriving by car (parking fees apply).
A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 6 pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm, Sunday and Wednesday from 9 am to midday and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 5 to 7 pm. Reception is closed on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. Guests planning to arrive outside of these opening hours should inform reception in advance.
